OUR SERVICES
APPROPRIATE ADULT AND ADVOCACY
At Promising Care Services, we recognise the significance of advocating for the rights of children and young people, especially those who may not have the voice to speak up for themselves. We believe that every young person deserves to be heard and represented. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring that this happens and as part of our commitment, we provide appropriate adult supervision for young people who find themselves in police custody, ensuring that they are safe and well-cared for during this difficult time.
SUPERVISED CONTACT
Our top priority is to create a safe and welcoming environment for children, young people, and families during their contact sessions. Our experienced and competent staff are dedicated to meeting all of your needs and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
RESPITE AND CRISIS SUPPORT
We are pleased to offer our crisis accommodation services to young people in need. Our team of highly trained and experienced staff specialises in providing support to children and young people struggling with child criminal exploitation (CCE), gang-related cases, and other crisis situations. We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment, and offer weekly fun and educational activities to help young people develop in all aspects of life. We offer from1:1 to 3:1 staffing ratios where required
CHILD AND FAMILY WELFARE VISITS
At Promising Care Services, we place a great emphasis on the safety and well-being of our children and families . To ensure that our approach is effective, our staff undergoes comprehensive training to identify and monitor any indicators of abuse, neglect, and household issues. We take pride in our commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment and we are dedicated to upholding this standard of care.
FAMILY AND SUPPORT STAFF
We place a great deal of emphasis on mental health and overall well-being of young people and families we support. We believe in providing a safe and supportive environment for all individuals, which is why we ensure that all of our staff members are trained in Team-teach and have extensive experience in the de-escalation of challenging behaviours. It is our goal to provide tailored activities and a support network that meets the unique needs of each young person and we strive to make a positive impact on each individual we support.
SECURED WELFARE TRANSPORT
We understand the importance of time when it comes to secured transports. That's why we have a team of staff available 24/7 to assist transfer from old to new placements, school drop off, court visits, and more. You can count on us to provide reliable and efficient transportation services whenever and wherever you need them.
